I have an engineering background an have been awarded two patents by the US Patent Office. With over fifteen years of construction experience, I am well versed in basically every aspect of residential construction. I am currently certified from HUD as a Certified 203k Consultant. I am currently a licensed home inspector in North Carolina. I service the Southeast area of North Carolina including as far west as Raleigh, if needed. My inspection experience ranges from single-wide mobile homes to muti-million dollar ocean front properties. I have done close to 4000 home inspections, & would love to have my expertise serve you with your next home inspection.

To be eligible, the property must be a one- to four-family dwelling that has been completed for at least one year. The number of units on the site must be acceptable according to the provisions of local zoning requirements. All newly constructed units must be attached to the existing dwelling. Cooperative units are not eligible.
